Aryuna McGloin is an abstract artist based in Ireland. Her vibrant and colourful work reflects the world of happiness, joy, possibilities, and optimism she feels in her inner world and her dreams. Born and raised in southern Siberia, she always has been a sensitive child. She took in everything happening around her very close to heart. One part of her saw the world as big, magical, and full of wonder, yet another part found it hard to absorb the environment around her. Because of this internal conflict, she felt shut off from listening to her heart. She started to rely on the opinions of others which led her to take a conventional predefined path in Finance. She learned to live from her mind, using logic to make decisions while her heart still wanted to be free, explore and share beauty with others.

Since her childhood, she carried her appreciation of beauty, art, music, and ballet, eager to create more herself. She has been coming back to painting and drawing throughout her adulthood yet her creative side wanted to show up more. COVID lockdown was a turning point for her and a perfect time to choose what her priorities are. One of them was a call to make more art, and she made it a regular practice.

It was a life-long journey of self-discovery that led her to allow herself to listen to her true desires and feelings. This journey took her on a search for the meaning of life. She found out that her very own purpose is to live life fully, with ease and joy, and share that with others.
